Freezer dumped

Sent to South Kesteven District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 10014568.

This has been dumped by a local resident for at least six weeks. They have even admitted it on the local Facebook page. There should be a fine for this entitled and unacceptable behavior.
