I caught this man in a silver Kia Ceed registration plate SNV 276V attempting to dump used cooking oil on Sheepwash Lane. He has done this before but I didn’t manage to get a photograph before. As soon as he saw me taking pictures, he put the oil containers back in his car and drove away.
