Huge amount of excess recycled clothing dumped outside of the dedicated recycling unit

Bags have been building for weeks with no collection or emptying of the recycling bin outside the post office on Sutherland Way. There are a considerable amount of bags and in danger of attracting pests. It's become fly tipping at this point
