This vehicle has been parked for over two weeks and not moved or attended to. It is causing a problem as people with limited mobility find difficulty parking near their home and it is inconvenient when trying to unload shopping etc. We are continually getting cars left outside our homes for long periods and conveniently moved before the 4 weeks are up, usually it is a white van.
