There is a high risk of a large damaged tree on the road side outside my property falling in a modrate wind causing property damages and probably endanger life. As a direct result of this issue, my property is uninsurable and therefore I am very concerned. As I reported this to yourselves on 14/06/2018, I would like to request this matter is given priority for review. A feedback on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Kind Regards Dr Barry Zari

    Please see the extent of the danger. Almost the entire core of the tree has disappeared and the remaining core is suspect.

  • I was forced to make an official complaint after 12 weeks of inaction There has been no response to the complaint. On 21/09/2018, I will take legal actions. Yet more waste of council taxes.

  • The incompetence of the tree officer is a REAL danger to public. I told him about the danger and yet he did not understand. Is he qualified???? After 6 weeks I called weekly and no promissed call backs were ever made.. Can not make a call???? TOO STUPID TO MAKE A CALL. A child of 5 can do that. Too dificult for Mr Shah. After 3 months and post falling of large branches, I made an official complaint. Mr Shah stupidly asked for more time to "INVESTIGATE " and after I demanded actions, the stupid idiot makes the excuse that they were investigating who owns the tree FOR OVER THREE MONTHS. Why has anyone employed this thing??? Public life did not matter, for over three month this idiot was investigating who owns the tree. Of course he could not tell me that until I complained and he wanted more time to investigate. INVESTIGATE? I would not task him to clean my yard. I cut the branches as the stupid council is not able to establish who owns it. WE PAY FOR THESE SO CALLED PUBLIC SERVICES???????
