Increased dog fouling since fouling signs were vandalised and removed

Dog owners are dropping their dog poo bags or letting their dog fouling on the path and green Space between Grampian Way and Pennine Way since someone vandalised and removed the signs. The same thing happened 18 months ago but I found the signs and put them back with new cable ties. This time someone has disposed of signs. I notice the issue as my property is next to the path and green space, so I walk it all the time.
