Alleyway between West Street and South Street Car Park near Grasmere Butchers/Boots

Sent to South Kesteven District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6966268.

There is a large amount of what appears to be loft insulation plus other rubbish that has been been dumped in the alleyway and around the back of Boots. This is both a slip and trip hazard as it is wet plus is unsightly. The whole area is not an appealing way to walk into town from the lovely wellhead park. It isn't the impression we want to be giving to both residents and visitors to the town. The window behind boots has been smashed for months, again a safety hazard.
