20+ old tyres - Fly tipping

Really sickening to have to report a load of old tyres have been dumped at the end of Water Lane (next to the track up to the railway crossing). Please would it be possible for these to be collected and properly disposed of? Pretty sure this happened during the night of 31 Jan.
