Rubbish from the "recycling plant"

Sent to South Kesteven District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7142465.

Bit of plastic and paper covering the road verges all around this plant. Not only does the place stink, but it's an eyesore too.

  • They cleared some of the rubbish along the road immediately outside the plant. But did not carry on further up or down the road.

  • The road has been shut for 4 weeks, so I've no idea if they have cleaned up their mess. I wouldn't have thought so.
