I reported bins being left out all week over a month ago. Said bins are still there uncollected. There is also 2x shopping trolleys and an old chair, and cardboard. People are frequently leaving rubbish in the back lane again and it's been a constant issue for 10 years. Nothing seems to be done about it. It causes smells, noise from vehicles trying to access the lane and damage to the end houses wall/fence as vehicles hit them.
