Fly tipping spread across road

Sent to South Kesteven District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7523837.

Bags of household waste - mostly plastics - have been flytipped / spilled from a van and are partially on the road. Birds have ripped open and spread the contents of the bags also. Currently a driving hazard on a very busy road.
