Needles and Rubbish

Sent to South Kesteven District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7539745.

Fly tip rubbish that was left possibly Friday evening or Saturday morning Black bag full of rubbish large shopping bag and household rubbish. There is also possibly Hyper dermic needles there as well. Rats have been seen near the bags at night
