White goods on the verge of Shamrock

Our neighbours The Conifers have deposited the white goods on the verge outside Shamrock,we are reporting this as we are NOT responsible for this waste,as they always put their bins there,we believe it is them because they don't put their bins on the verge outside their property,only outside ours,Could you please look into this as we are not responsible for this and it is an eyesore.
