Car park vandalism

Sent to South Kesteven District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7652149.

This parking area has been ripped apart it's impossible to get a car on to it, it was provided a few years ago for public parking and children and certain adults in a property close by have destroyed it they also use it to repair vehicles as a side line
