Flytipping of black rubbish bags

Sent to South Kesteven District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7700954.

Driving past multiple times I have seen 4 or 5 black bin bags of fly tipped waste in the bushes/trees just off the highway close to the layby area near the top of wilsford Lane close to the road leading back to sleaford
