Hazardous fly tipping near train line – rear of 9 Minerva Close, Ancaster

Waste has been thrown over the rear fence of a residential garden backing onto the railway line behind [Street Name] in Ancaster. The waste includes hazardous items such as sharp or chemical-based rubbish that pose a danger to local wildlife and could affect the nearby railway embankment.
This has been present for several months and appears to be added to regularly. The area is environmentally sensitive and not intended for dumping.
Please investigate and arrange removal, and if necessary, contact Network Rail due to the proximity to the train track.

Rear of 9 Minerva Close, Ancaster.
Both tenants of 9 Minerva Close are the offenders.
Corey Brogan and Taiah King.
There is huge amounts of construction materials, old decking and fencing. Black bin bags.
It is behind the rear fence backing to the train line.
