Ditch/verge Opposite 2 Moor Lane South Witham

Builders were repointing an elderly neighbour’s bungalow last week. They dumped waste into the ditch opposite and cement onto the verge. They were a group of Asian guys and one day at the end of last week the Police were questioning them (before they dumped the waste so must have been another matter). So the Police would have the contact details. Ideally we want someone to come back and take the waste away but don’t want to bother our elderly neighbour who probably isn’t aware
