Mattress left by homeless

Sent to South Kesteven District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7897960.

Mattress has been dragged and used by homeless and now left under the fire stairs between the Health Clinic and the Old SKDC offices. No one has returned to this and its just been left
