Large heavy chair dumped outside my door

Chair was dumped outside my door about 4 weeks ago. There's a strong smell of maggots in the area. Maybe the bin cupboard which is behind it

  • No the chair has not been removed still. Someone has now dumped a settee now and put it with it. There's also another settee further down the road. It's starting to look like dfs round here!
