Tipped after 730pm 15th Aug to 730pm 16th Aug. Has house number 76 on door and pane of glass with Kingfisher bird on panel. Can SKDC check building regulation notices authorised for No. 76 then use Google street view to identify house details. The householder can then provides details of glazier or rubbish removal company used or if neither used ,those responsible can then be made to account via court proceedings / fine.
