I reported this but it appears too difficult to deal with, unless the culprit could be caught or identified by me. I have asked for signage to be put up to deter and advise people that the situation is being monitored, the respondent is having to ask their boss if this is possible. The initial response was no action until I requested signs and notices.

This is still occurring I was contacted by Philip from SKDC they said unless I know who it is they couldn’t do anything, I asked if SKDC as it is their land could put some fly tipping notices up to let the local individual that SKDC know about it and are monitoring. It appears it was above Philips pay grade to make this decision and he was going to ask his boss and get back to me, which of course he’s had no more contact with me. Whoever it is has filled the area they were initially putting the rubbish and have started filling a different area in copse, So pointless reporting it really as they don’t care, guess it’s not in Grantham!!!
