Tree prunings left on verge/road

It appears that a resident of Webster Way has pruned his tree that overhangs into Swallows Close and has not cleared the prunings away. There are a number of tree branches that are on verge spilling onto the road. This road is often used by Swallows Close residents for parking and also serves as an access for Network Rail. We have moved the waste back onto the verge as much as possible but have no way of disposing of it.
