The street light is not working between 15 and 16 doncaster close

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council and South Kesteven District Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2854363.
The street light is completely broken this is making the entire car park pitch black making it unsafe for people at night time, its the one between 15 and 16 doncaster close, please may this be fixed soon as its very scary at night

I originally spoke to the trust they was the ones who told me to inform yourselves as they said this road is LCC's responsibility and doesn't fall under the responsibility of theirselves
