Rubbish bags and paint tins dumped

There are 5/6 black bags and two 25ltr paint containers dumped in the side of the road nr the speed limit sign on Ingoldsby Road, Bitchfield.

I noticed it today as I went to open our field gate to allow tractor to enter to cut out hedges. Not sure how long they’ve been there. They look clean so maybe not been there long.
