I have reported problems before with the Bin Store for all the flats. Not only as I have said before that anyone and everyone is using it to put their rubbish along with microwaves, beds hidden behind the bins. Bins that have been locked for some reason!!

Sent to South Kesteven District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8260751.

My daughter went to put my rubbish into the black bins tonight. 7.30pm. To find that someone had locked the door from inside. When they opened the door, there was a man sitting there in the dark as the light no longer works! Why is there a man in there smoking with the door locked from inside? Firstly, it is an incredible fire risk, it is very dangerous and scary. I feel very unsafe and as I have said before there was a sleeping bag and food so perhaps this person is living in there. I don't want to use the bin store and I certainly won't let my daughter put the rubbish in the bin store anymore. As I have said before. We have no management company looking after the flats, bin store or car parking area so it is being used and abused by some. What on earth can be done to stop all Of this with no management company. Everything is being ruined when some have bought their properties but the majority seem to be rented out which means they do not always take care of everything. Is there anything you can do? Thank you very much. Lorna FINCH 81 Tilia Way PE100QR
