Someone is constantly taking a crap on the road and leaving it along with the tissues!!

It’s vile!!

It’s been going on for years now and needs sorting once and for all. Set a camera up to catch the culprit.

The council is aware of the issue as previously they looked into it a while ago but nothing was resolved.
