Taunton Road and neighbouring area

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council and South Kesteven District Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2859509.

Street lights not working through the night on Taunton Road and surrounding area - pitch black!! This is so dangerous. Surely some should still be working. Please advise further. Many thanks.
