Flytipping by residents

Sent to South Kesteven District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8390783.

Ongoing issue of flytipping/littering by some residents are Jubilee Close. This needs investigated and sorted please, I can see you were made aware of the issue months ago.
