Car no tax or mot not moved in a year

Sent to South Kesteven District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8441920.

There is a white car that has not moved in a year. It’s got no tax or mot. It has flat tires. It had a yellow sticker put on. Someone removed the yellow sticker and the car is still there.
