Photo shows the rubbish AFTER I had put it all into large SKDC waste bags and moved it to the side from the public footpath. I have moved it to by the side of the garage of 17 Redcot Gardens PE9 1DL. Several letters intended for 31 Cornwall Rd, Stamford PE9 1LQ were left in the bags
