Two items of construction items next to my fence

Sent to South Kesteven District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8446861.

These items have been on the field since building works in about 2017, I would dispose of them myself but they are too heavy. One of the items appears to be related to Mains Water supply in that it is blue. They have spent the preceeding years in undergrowth but have now surfaced clearly when I had my fence replace. Please can you remove them for me. What 3 Words location .... chariots.curly.intimate
