Dog fouling on corner of Lilacwood and Palmwood, this is a regular occurrence along Lilacwood, someone isn't clearing up I notice it is fresh normally in the morning before 7.45am, this path is used by lots of school kids and you can see it gets dragged along the path. Often there is poop in peoples front gardens along there
