White Kia Rio with expired MOT abandoned in Beverley Gdns

Sent to South Kesteven District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8482034.

I have checked the vehicle’s MOT history and it has expired. The car has been parked there for two months taking up valuable local parking space. It has a brick under its rear wheel to hold it in place and is clearly dangerous.
