Piles of dog poo near a school.

Sent to South Kesteven District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8534015.
There is a gentleman who comes from the Charles Road area of Stamford. He lets the dog that he is walking foul the area from the cut at the back of Charles Road to the field adjacent to Churchill Road and leading down to the Welland School. This is a large dog so there are at least 10 to 15 piles of dog mess next to the path. The children going to Welland School will no doubt tread this into the school. One person has asked the gentleman to pick up the poo, but all he says is that it is not his dog. This has been going on for quite a while now.As soon as the dog has done his business, the dog is taken home without further walking.
There are also a lot of small children around this area, so it is becoming a health hazard.

Not seen the man and dog in question, but still plenty of poo near the path leading down to Welland.

I have not seen the gentleman and dog concerned but there are still people not picking the poo up. There are two bins, one at the top of the path and one at the end, so there is no excuse for not picking it up and depositing it in the bin. Perhaps there could be a sign erected along this path.
