Some scumbag has dumped a double mattress in the alleyway adjacent to my house. It has damaged my fence and has been sat blocking the alley for two weeks now. My wife has already reported this via the phone but it has still not been collected. We really need some cameras down here because it's becoming a regular occurrence this fly tipping down our alley.
