My neighbour has been throwing her dog poo over the wall into the park and also into my garden

It’s in the public park and in my garden and the smell is occasionally pungent. I have two dogs myself so it is frustrating to see the behaviour of people who don’t follow the protocol of putting it in the bin. I take my daughter to this park and we used to look over our wall and wave at the house but now there is too much dog mess on the floor
