Abandoned untaxed vehicle left on public highway

There is an abandoned Vauxhall Corsa left on the public highway which appears to be SORN / untaxed and has clearly been left without use for a prolonged period. Vehicle details: • Registration: DX63 ENH • Make/model: Vauxhall Corsa • Colour: Dark grey/black The vehicle has heavy dirt build-up, condensation inside the windows, flat/low tyres and has clearly not moved for a long time. It is parked on a public road, not on private land. Leaving a SORN/untaxed vehicle on the public highway is unlawful and this vehicle appears to be abandoned. Please can this be investigated urgently and enforcement action taken, including removal if necessary, as it is taking up public parking space and is becoming an eyesore and potential hazard.
