Light at top of number 6/7 drive not working

Sent to South Kesteven District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8667494.

Light has been gradually getting dimmer over the last month, the light now only comes on very slightly and is a dark brown/red colour. Before then going off completely during the night.
