Near Ropsley Risse Wood

Sent to South Kesteven District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8730013.

There are a number of bags with what looks like rubble seemingly thrown in the grass verge by the Wood. The bags are partly hidden but still clear to see. They are spaced apart by some 10 metres or so.
