Sent to South Kesteven District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8765031.

This car has been abandoned for 4-5 weeks. It is in a small car park owned by myself and 2 others, we have designated spaces and this has been abandoned in one of our spaces so we are not able to park in our spaces. The car is a mess inside so \i am assuming it has been dumped.
