Coming from meadow drove on the left hand side on the passing place also on the left as you come off Spalding road towards Dyke

Lots of black bags have been dumped in the passing place on Mill Drove and on the left hand side of meadow drove as you come of Spalding road it looks like loads of bags of cream coloured expanding foam off cuts.
