This is not the first time that someone has dumped rubbish in the alleyway leading to our home (where there are four gates and four separate entrances). In the past, one of the residents cleaned it up, but we have had enough of constantly removing other people’s waste. Bin bags containing food leftovers are being left there regularly, which attracts rats and other pests. This is not only disgusting, but also a serious hygiene and safety issue. We are no longer willing to take this rubbish to the tip ourselves, as someone from the nearby area is shamelessly dumping it outside our entrances. We strongly believe that a CCTV camera should be installed in this alleyway, also for general security reasons. We kindly ask for urgent action and a proper solution to this ongoing problem.
