There have been a lot of people placing rubbish in these alleyways and it has come to a point where it's constant, even us and our other neighbors have tried to clean it up but people always end up putting even more each time ,there has also been times where they put glass and some people that live near there have children which is very dangerous, we aren't asking for anything big but just for this to be dealt with.
