2abandoned wheelie bins

Sent to South Kesteven District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8920460.

There are 2 abandon wheelie bins in the lay-by in Penrhyn Way, which are being used as a dumping grounds. Please could you arrange for them to be removed, as they are becoming a health issue as they are full
