I would like to report an ongoing litter problem outside a property opposite my home. Rubbish is frequently left loose on the driveway or placed in bins without properly securing the lids. During windy weather, the waste is blown across the street and spreads along the road and pavement.

This is a repeated issue that has occurred many times rather than a one-off incident. It is negatively affecting the cleanliness and environment of the street and surrounding area.

I would be grateful if this could be investigated by the appropriate enforcement team, as it appears to involve improper waste storage and disposal. Please consider taking any necessary action to prevent this from continuing.
