A tenant on perth road has been working on his car in the carpark yesterday and has left alot of oil and diesel all over the carpark. Can we please have this cleared up as our cat has already walked through it all and now it looks like we are going to have to take it vets to be treated as it will not come off! And this oil and diesel is a hazrd to all the other cats and dogs on our road… its always the same neighbours causing issues here and I don’t like reporting but they need to stop causing issues around here. Its all over the carpark in perth road near the electric substation. Your help will be most appreciated.
