Sent to South Kesteven District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9059883.

Vehicle hasn’t moved for at least 5 years . Who it belongs to is disabled & has a disability scooter car parts taken off it & number plate removed.. it is a land rover discovery in a pale green colour .. it belongs to 4 Swadales close
