Driver littered out of car window

The driver of the white fiesta reg NK64 YRE threw several white paper napkins out of their driver side window on Hill Avenue while turning left onto Belton lane. I took a photo of the reg while parked at the red lights behind them on Belton lane turning right onto manthorpe Road. This all happened today on the 26th of March 2026 at 3.11 pm
