A15 Layby just North of Morton near Bourne. A truck load of Asbestos cement roof sheets have been dumped in the Hacconby Spinney layby between Morton and Haconby. This is an extremely dangerous form of flytipping as these corrugated sheets usually contain white asbestos (chrysotile)....
