Spoil from the building site corner of harrowby road and stonebridge road. They are errecting fencing at the back of the site but this spoil is beyond that. It is covering the base of trees that are likely to rot and eventually fall in the future. My concern, it being beyond the fence line, is that the dumped spoil is on land still belonging to Grantham college. Could some one please check. Thank you
